This is just a little favourite of mine that goes with so many things!  Paleo approved pesto.


  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt


  1. In a food processor blend basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic
  2. Add olive oil and blend until smooth
  3. Add salt to taste

Preparation time: 5 minutes
