So one of the things I've found since going Paleo is that a lot of dishes go really well with rice! So tonight I'm going to offer you a very simple substitute, cauliflower "rice".
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Chop cauliflower and pulse in a food processor until it's reached a rice like consistency
- Saute cauliflower in a pan with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
