So one of the things I've found since going Paleo is that a lot of dishes go really well with rice!  So tonight I'm going to offer you a very simple substitute, cauliflower "rice".


  • 1 head cauliflower (or 1 bag of riced cauliflower)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop cauliflower and pulse in a food processor until it's reached a rice like consistency
  2. Saute cauliflower in a pan with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
