So I really love salmon and I really love simple.  Especially on a night like tonight when I'm home late from Crossfit, tired and hungry for a delicious meal.  That's when a recipe like this really makes my night!



  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Place salmon on a piece of aluminium foil, season with lemon juice, dill and salt
  3. Wrap the foil around the salmon and seal like a pouch
  4. Bake in a glass dish for 15 minutes
  5. Serve with a lime and cauliflower rice
