Tonight I offer you a delicious and extremely easy pasta alternative to add to your diet.  This is seriously so easy that I make it at least once or twice a week.  I feel like I'm eating pasta without the bloated feeling afterwards.  It's a win win.


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 zucchini, julienne peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (approx. 25 ounces)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a skillet brown turkey and onion
  2. Then add tomatoes, 1 clove garlic and salt and pepper and leave to simmer
  3. In a separate skilled heat olive oil over medium heat and add in zucchini and 1 clove garlic.  Cook until zucchini is slightly softened
  4. Top zucchini with your turkey marinara
