SAUSAGE

So I eat a lot of meat for breakfast and for some reason people find that weird. So I thought I'd modify the way I serve it so it seems a bit more breakfast friendly. This is really just ground beef in the shape of sausage, but with some yummy spices mixed in.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together well
  2. Roll into the shape of sausage links
  3. Add to a greased pan and cook until done
