CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Well today I decided to be less of a lazy ass than yesterday. So that was a good start. I met a couple girlfriends from the gym for coffee near the beach, and by the time we left it was quite warm out. I seriously just wanted to go down to the beach and sunbake, but I suppose it's still too early. Since that was out of the question, I thought, I should go for a run. Not only do I dislike running, I suck at it, so I figure, it's time to just suck it up and do it. My friends have also just moved near by and decked out their garage with weights, pull up bars, the works really. So I took my jog over to theirs and did a little weight lifting, some MUs (which I think I have now mastered properly!) and a WOD that we threw together, with more running! I'm serious about turning this weakness into a strength (okay that might be a bit ambitious, but I'll be damned if I don't try). Anyway, you're probably just wanting to get the recipe now so I'll shut up. Use this frosting for anything (and everything) it makes your paleo cakes, cupcakes, bacon (just kidding) even more tasty (I know, it's hard to believe they could taste any better, but they do).

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 & 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan and cook over low heat, constantly stirring
  2. When the chocolate chips are completely melted pour into a container and refrigerate overnight to thicken
