TROYS FAMOUS SEASONING

This recipe comes to you from my crossfit trainer. He uses it to season both meat and vegetables. I have used it several times now and just love it! So I thought I'd share the recipe. The picture below is of roasted vegetables that my trainer served at one of our crossfit competitions and they were absolutely delicious in this seasoning.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix everything together and use to season vegetables and meats
