Sometimes I just want to eat cookie dough. Okay all the time. But sometimes I let myself have it. So I came up with these little balls as a form of portion control (not that I can actually say that stopped me from eating way too many) but I felt better about myself then if I had just spooned it out of the bowl right into my mouth. What else can I tell you about my life and eating habits? I've been keeping pretty busy since my last post. Working, training, oh and learning how to swim! Isn't that cool? I love it, well I suck at it, but it's a great workout and I'm getting a really nice tan while I'm doing it. So it's a win win right? Trust me if you knew how white I was you'd be happy too. My trainings been a bit off lately though. I think I need to set some goals. I miss having a coach telling me what to do (more like yelling at me to keep pushing) but I'm working on sorting that out. I know one thing for sure though, I want to compete and get better, but I also know I'm the type who needs the push from other athletes. Maybe you'll know my name one of these days if I can get my shit together. Okay that's enough rambling for today. Enjoy your cookie dough!
