Headed out of town this weekend? Or just can't get to the gym? You're in luck! Join me in this weeks weekend workout anywhere. I did this workout at home yesterday because I had a ton of work I needed to get done and this saved me from having to leave the house. Let me know how it goes after you've completed it. 400m run
25 burpees to a step
15 chair dips

5 push-ups
30 second plank hold
5 push-ups
30 second plank hold
1 minute rest
Repeat 3x
