This could be my last weekend laying out on the dock. Fall is officially setting in! But it was still nice today so I spent some time outside reading, relaxing and working out. My sister and I also spent the weekend at a semi annual community yard sale on the hunt for furniture for our new house. It was so much fun! We lucked out and got a couch, two beautiful accent chairs, a coffee table and an end table. I also found some awesome, never been used, cast iron skillets for $10 that I just had to buy. Now I'm wasting my life away on Pinterest trying to come up with ideas for how we're going to decorate. We move in next month! Alright, back to the workout. This is a good one. If you have difficulty completing the reps each minute cut them down to something maintainable but still challenging. And have fun!
