Workout Anywhere #40

I don't get to workout with my sister too often, so this was a nice treat! A friend of hers, Jessica (@unprofessionallyfunemployed on instagram), shares a lot of her home workouts online and when my sister posted that she would be doing one of them I decided to join her! I need to run more, it's always been a weakness of mine, and since I wasn't able to run for over 6 months with my fractured patella, I need it more than ever! My sister and I are actually moving into a house together this week so get ready for more partner workouts! I love training with her!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

For time:
800m run
40 burpees
400m run
20 burpees
200m run
10 burpees
100 double unders
*Optional: wear a weight vest
