Workout Anywhere #41

I just moved into a new house this month. I absolutely love it! It's a farm house on a pear orchard and it has everything I could want. We live on the river and I have all kinds of fruit trees in my backyard. Persimmons and apples and plums. We even have a giant chestnut tree. I've never roasted chestnuts before but it's now on my list of things to do! I also finally have space for a home gym! Today was the first workout I did in the garage. No real equipment yet, but that didn't stop us from getting in a good workout. Just a jump rope and a box. And even if you don't have a box you can find a step or a bench to jump on for this one.

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
