Weekend Workout Anywhere #5

Happy Friday! Yay for the weekend. The sun is finally starting to warm up where I live so I'm looking forward to getting outside this weekend. After my competition that is. I'm competing at the Golden State Games with three of my training partners tomorrow at our new gym, the Human Improvement Project. This weeks workout was filmed inside the new gym so you can see what it looks like!
