My weekdays and my weekends are all pretty similar, but there's still something special about the weekend. Especially when the sun is shining a little brighter and staying up a little later. I love getting together with my friends on the weekend, whether it's just to bbq and hang out at the house, or take a trip somewhere. This weekend I don't actually have any plans, but I'm sure I'll get up to something fun. I have to get my dose of vitamin D. I think my sister and I might go paddle boarding on the river, grill some food, and enjoy the sunset. And of course I'll be getting a workout in. This workout will be perfect for this weekend. Just grab a rope and find some sun if you can! Fitness + Vitamin D = my favorite combo. Now...if I could just get some abs to show, because bikini season is right around the corner!

Minute 1: 60 double unders
Minute 2: 25 sit-ups
Minute 3: 15 burpees
*repeat for 15 minutes
