Weekend Workout Anywhere #9

Happy Friday and hello weekend! The weather had been so beautiful here in California the past week, but today it started pouring rain. Luckily I filmed this workout during a little break in the down pour. I'm spending the weekend in Palo Alto with two of my best girlfriends. Our plan was to hike and go to a Giants game, but I suppose that's all weather dependent now. I know regardless of the weather we'll be enjoying brunch and some mimosas though, so the rain really can't put a damper on our fun. The rain also shouldn't stop you from getting in a workout. You could do this one inside, but a little rain and dirt never hurt anyone. Read below for some variations on the workout if the reps seem like too many or the skill level is too high. And as always, you can cut the reps down as needed!

For Time:
100 push-ups
100 air squats
100m handstand walk

*Optional variation:
Break the reps up into 10 rounds of:
10 push-ups
10 air squats
10m handstand walk

*Handstand walk substitutions:
Handstand hold against the walk with shoulder taps
Handstand hold against a wall (accumulate 5 minutes)
Plank hold (accumulate 5 minutes)
