It's the weekend. Yay! And I'm headed down to Santa Barbara for a wedding and hopefully a lot of sunshine. Which also means a lot of beach time. What's the best way to get ready for the beach? A good sweat and a nice core blasting workout. So that's exactly what I did in my backyard this afternoon. I think you'll enjoy this one. It's time to get those abs ready for the beach!
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
Tabata hand release push-ups
*A tabata is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times
*This is a 16 minute workout, after 8 rounds of v-ups, go directly into 8 rounds of hand release push-ups, then 8 rounds of sit-ups and finally 8 rounds of plank
