Yay for the weekend. I don't really have any big plans, but I'm still looking forward to it. And although I love being in the gym, since injuring my knee, I've spent less time there and more time outside. It's been nice. Last weekend we went to the forest and hiked and barbecued. It was awesome. And this week I helped my dad drive tractors and worked out with my sister and played with my dogs a ton. It hasn't been so bad. I've had to get creative with my workouts and last week I trained with a good friend of mine who programmed bear crawls for us. I hadn't done them in so long and I forgot what a great workout they are! If you keep your legs mostly straight (like I had to because of my leg brace) you'll get a nice hamstring workout. Try to do the 50 meters unbroken if you can. But if you can't that's okay too! Enjoy this hamstring, shoulder, core workout and let me know how it goes!
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
