Weekend Workout Anywhere #20

This could potentially be the last workout you see me in a brace. Are you as excited as I am?! Well maybe I shouldn't get too excited just yet. But today is 6 weeks! And my doctor said I'd need to wear my brace for 4-6 weeks. I suppose I'll find out at my next doctors appointment on Tuesday. My poor quad has shrunk and it will be interested trying to rebuild strength, but I'm anxious and ready to start using my knee and leg again! In the mean time here's this weeks workout anywhere. Feel free to run in place of the farmer carry if you don't have any weight to carry or you just want to run! I wish I could run with you. Maybe next week!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

4 rounds:
20 burpees
200m farmer carry*
20 v-ups
*If you don't have weight for a farmer carry you can use a a backpack or a anything you have access to and do a loaded carry instead. You could also run 200m. I used 35# dumbbells.
