Yay for sunshine! I spent all morning cleaning the house and all I could think about was getting outside to soak up some Vitamin D. I cleaned quickly, then I walked down to the river to read, tan and workout! I did this little EMOM and it was perfect.
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

Min 3: 15 push-ups
*scaled option: 30 second handstand hold or a 40' bear crawl
