Weekend Workout Anywhere #18

This week is all core! I used to teach an awesome core class and I was reminiscing on what a great workout it always was. A strong core is so important in everything we do, especially for athletes, so I decided to work mine really hard today. Last week I got a new 26 pound kettlebell from Rage Fitness so I used it for a few of the movements in this workout. A kettlebell's a great home gym accessory that doesn't take up too much room! So if you have access to a kettlebell, or even a dumbell, use that. If you don't, just do the workout without weight. You'll still get a great ab burn, I promise!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

This week is a 15 minute core workout. The only thing you need is a kettlebell. A dumbbell would also work. If you have neither get creative or do it without weight. You'll still get a great workout!

20 Hollow Rocks

2 Rounds:
20 KB Side Bends Right
20 KB Side Bends Left
20 KB Single Leg DL Right
20 KB Single Leg DL Left
20 Supermans
20 Side Hollow Lifts Right
20 Side Hollow Lifts Left

2 Rounds:
20 Second Plank
20 Plank Up-Downs
