Weekend Workout Anywhere #22 w/ Kirstie Subry

Are you ready to work your legs and booty this weekend? Kirstie Subry demos this weeks workout anywhere so you get to run and squat! Kirstie is my bad ass training partner who just competed at the CrossFit Games California Regional. She's kind of like my polar opposite when it comes to strengths and weaknesses in the gym so she's always pushing me to be better. I couldn't ask for a better workout buddy! Except that she decided to get a job like a normal person so it's harder to train together these days. But we do our best! And it's always worth it. When we aren't training (or working) we're probably laying out by the pool with a cocktail. Life's all about balance right?

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

6 rounds:
6 20 yard shuttle sprints
20 air squats
1 min rest between rounds
*each round should be a sprint, but you only get a minute to recover. Try to keep a consistent pace on each round

Rest 10 minutes

3 rounds:
50 bicycles
1 min rest between rounds
