Weekend Workout Anywhere #24

Happy Father's Day weekend! I hope you have some fun planned. My dad's a classic car aficionado and there's a car show he wants to go to next weekend so my sister and I are going to drive up in his car with him next weekend for that! So this weekend we're just going to relax and hang out with him while he works on his cars. He's requested a pie made with fruit from his trees so I'm planning to make something similar to the Strawberry Apricot Cobbler I made this week. I'm also going to make vanilla ice cream to go with it because that's his favorite. I'll probably barbecue too. Because that's my favorite. If you're traveling out of town or staying home, here's a good 30 minute workout for you to get in!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
