Weekend Workout Anywhere #25

Yesterday I went to the gym a little early. I was coaching the evening classes so I thought I'd come in to do some mobility beforehand. I'd already trained in the morning and a small part of me thought maybe I'd do some conditioning. Something mindless. Like an EMOM. I didn't want to think or hurt. You know those day right? When you just want to go through the motions and sweat a little. Well my plans of mindless exercising were quickly flipped upside down when my friend and favorite training partner Chad walked through the door. It was such a surprise. We can usually only train on the weekends because he works so much and I'm not capable of waking up at 4am during the week to workout like he is! But he got off early today. And Chad doesn't do mindless exercise (I guess I could learn a thing or two from him). He trains hard always. I guess that's why he's one of the best! So when he told me his workout I knew I had to join in, and I knew I'd be chasing him the entire time. And that's exactly what I did. It hurt bad. But of course I felt great when we were done. This workout is a similar version to what we did, so grab a training partner and push each other through this one. You'll feel accomplished when it's over!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
