Happy Friday! I'm so excited for the weekend. I'm spending the weekend with my sister and we're driving to Reno for The Lantern Festival. I've never been to the festival but it sounds awesome. Live music, s'mores (my favorite!) and then when the sun goes down you send off lanterns that light up the sky. The photos look incredible. I'll share pictures next week! This will be a nice workout to get in Sunday morning. We'll probably just grab the bags we packed to use for the single leg deadlifts and get it in a good sweat!
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
10 single leg deadlift (left)
10 single leg deadlift (right)
10 strict handstand push-ups (scaled option: push-ups)
*You can use anything for the single leg deadlifts. A sandbag, kettle bells, dumbbells. If you don't have any of these things grab a backpack and stuff it with items from your house.
