Weekend Workout Anywhere #27 w/ Krissy and Chloie

Last weekend I had the pleasure of visiting two of my good friends, Krissy Mae Cagney and Chloie Jönsson. They both live in Reno, so my friend Amber and I drove up to visit from Sunday to Tuesday for the Fourth of July. They're rad humans. I've followed Krissy for years on social media and met her a couple years ago finally at a gym in Sacramento. She's awesome. She has so much going on. She runs three businesses, Black Iron Gym, Doughnuts and Deadlifts and Black Iron Nutrition. And on top of that she's just awesome. She's a very knowledgable and successful nutrition coach and in addition to helping me with my own nutrition she's taught me how to help athletes with their nutrition. Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for a long time and Krissy is passionate about helping me grow as a nutrition coach. It's really cool and I'm grateful for her support. I'm excited to work with her.

I met Chloie a little more recently, but we've followed each other online for quite some time as well. Chloie's been traveling a lot recently, living in Florida for some time and now Nevada. I love that about her. She's just a super genuine person and tells it like it is. Our personalities might be as opposite as you can get, but I love hanging out with her and working out with her.

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

20 min AMRAP:
10 weighted lunges
10 slam balls
10 up downs
50 meter swim

Option 2 (without weight):

20 min AMRAP:
10 lunges
20 burpees
50 meter swim

*Any weighted object will work. Be safe if you're barefoot and cautious of your surroundings. If you have an actual slam ball you can use that at the pool. If weight isn't an option you can do workout option number 2 above.
