Weekend Workout Anywhere #32

Oh hey it's the weekend. And that means its time for this weeks workout anywhere. I just arrived in Utah late last night. I'm playing in my second year of GRID with my team the San Francisco Fire. This year the entire league has travelled to Utah to train and prep for the season. Over the next month we will train with our team and compete in our matches all the way through the playoffs. It should be a fun and cool experience. We had our first training session as a team this morning and it was awesome. I've missed my teammates from last year. It was so great to see them all, to workout with them, and to hangout with them. They're awesome and so much fun. 

Just before I got on my flight last night I did this workout. I always feel better when I travel if I got a good workout in beforehand. I used 35 lb dumbbells for my farmer carry, but you can use whatever objects you have access to. Enjoy!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
