The weekend is almost here but before we get to it I'm playing with my NPGL team, the San Francisco Fire in our first match of the season against the Los Angeles Reign tonight. Our match will be played live on GRID TV at 4pm Mountain Time. If you miss our match tonight we have one on August 23rd and one on August 27th.
This season we're in Provo, Utah practicing and playing for a month. Which means we're also living in a hotel for a month. Although I've been to a local CrossFit gym quite a few times, sometimes its nice to just go down to the hotel gym to get in a quick sweat. While I was working out a few days ago I decided a hotel gym workout would be a great addition to the line up of weekend workout anywheres. If you travel a lot of for work and you can't always get to a gym, make the most of your hotel gym! All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbells. And if the gym isn't located in an easy place to run 400 meters, just hop on the treadmill to run your 400s. I used 35# dumbbells for this workout.
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
