Weekend Workout Anywhere #34

The weekend is almost here and it's going to be a busy and eventful one! As I've mentioned, I'm in Utah right now competing with my team, the San Francisco Fire. We have our final pre season match this Saturday which will determine if we make it to the NPGL semi finals. We're playing the Miami Surge and need a win to advance to the playoffs.

This Saturday is also my birthday! And I'm going to be 30. How did that happen? Seriously. Age is just a number though right? Or is that just something people say when they get old? Some of my friends keep telling me the day they turned 30 their bodies broke down. Great! I hope they're just messing with me. But in all seriousness, as a competitive athlete, properly taking care of my body is so important. Regular body work, accessory work, mobility, proper nutrition and hydration are all huge priorities of mine. This past weekend I went with my team to stay in a cabin in the mountains here in Utah. It was beautiful and restorative. We made a huge whole foods feast, which I wrote about this week: Cooking a Whole Foods Feast For a Large Party. In the morning I got in some good conditioning with this weeks workout anywhere. I hope you enjoy it and feel as refreshed as I did afterwards!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
