Weekend Workout Anywhere #31

One of my favorite things about working out anywhere is working out with friends. My friend Amber came over to my house yesterday to lay out, hang out, swim and workout. She brought some of her Rage Fitness gear that was easy to transport. She had a kettle bell, a wall ball, a pair of rings and an ABMAT. All pretty in pink too. Which made it even more fun to workout with. She's also really good at coming up with workouts on the spot so I let her program this one. We got in a killer workout before jumping in the water, relaxing in the sunshine and chugging an ice cold FitAID

I chose to use this equipment in today's workout because I think they're awesome if you're wanting to start a small home gym. Affordable, compact and easy to move around. If you don't have access to any of this equipment read on, I have a modified workout you can do!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
