Weekend Workout Anywhere #37

Last week I drove down to southern California to spend a few days with a couple of my best friends from college. The weather was amazing so we spent a lot of time soaking up the sun and drinking delicious cocktails. But in true LivinPaleo fashion I insisted that we get in a quick workout while we were sunbathing. Luckily my friends obliged and I think they actually enjoyed it. Okay, they might have been cursing me a few times during the workout, but I know for sure they felt accomplished when we had finished!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

5 sets:
30 second hollow hold
30 second rest

1 min rest

3 rounds:
30 second plank (elbows or hands)
10 up-downs

1 min rest

2 rounds:
30 second plank left leg raised
30 second plank right leg raised
10 push-ups
30 second rest between rounds

1 min rest

Tabata v-ups
8 rounds:
20 seconds of work
10 seconds of rest

1 min rest

5 rounds:
5 burpees
10 lunges

1 min rest

5 rounds:
20 bicycles
10 air squats
