Weekend Workout Anywhere #35

Is it just me or are the weeks flying by lately? All of the sudden I'm 30, we're in September, and our GRID season is about to come to an end. It's crazy. But I also have a lot of exciting changes coming up that I'm really looking forward to. And I think 30 is going to be a great year! 

Tomorrow is our semi final GRID match against the Phoenix Rise. It'll be a good match and I'm anxious and excited. If we win we'll be headed to the finals. If we lose we're headed home. And I'm not ready to go home! I love this team and I want to make it all the way to the finals with them. It's always hard to leave them when the season comes to an end. They've become some of my best friends. It's a bummer they live scattered across the US. But it also gives me an excuse to travel throughout the year to visit them!

I got in a little workout outside this week after practice one day. There was a tire laying around so I used it to flip down the field. If you can't find a tire or an object to flip substitute this movement with broad jumps.

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

40 yard walking lunge
30 yard handstand walk
