Weekend Workout Anywhere #38

Fall is here but the sun is shining bright. 90 degrees bright. So I'm getting in as many outdoor workout as I can before it gets cold. I know I know, I can still workout outside when its cold, but I prefer it hot! This week I coached a couple classes for my good friend Sarah while she's living it up in Hawaii and this was the workout she had programmed for one of her classes. I needed to get in a long conditioner so I decided to do it as well. It's a good one!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!

For time:
800m run
50 burpees
800m run
100 sit-ups
800m run
150 air squats
800m run

5 rounds:
45 sec plank
15 sec rest
45 sec wall sit
15 sec rest
