Weekend Workout Anywhere #36

Although our time in Utah has come to an end for the season, these guys will always be my teammates. When you live together for months at a time, train together, eat together, and do things like hike, swim, shoot guns, go to the movies, play cards, and eat a lot of ice cream, you become family. We've only been apart for four days and I miss my San Francisco Fire teammates so much! They helped me film this weeks workout anywhere on top of Mount Timpanogos and it was quite a beautiful view. Enjoy!

These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
