My garage gym is slowly growing which means weight and kettle bells and all kinds of fun stuff. But this one is simple and tough. All you need is a jump rope and a wall! Feel free to scale this one if needed. If you don't have handstand push ups, do regular push ups. And if you don't have double unders, do single unders. Have fun!
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes:
50 double unders
40 air squats
10 strict handstand push-ups
