PALEO BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

I'm posting this recipe today because they are seriously the best muffins I have ever made!  And since I'm currently following the whole30, I can't eat them, so I will dream about them for the next 27 days.  That's right, I'm only on day 3 and I really want a blueberry muffin!  I hear that these cravings start to go away after a week or 2 so here's hoping!  Until then I will just picture all of you making this recipe right now and enjoying there deliciousness!

PALEO BLUEBERRY AND BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES

So I've been experimenting with different Paleo pancake recipes and I think this has to be my favourite so far.  I absolutely love pancakes, but I try to save them as a weekend treat.  When I choose to eat them on Saturday morning after a WOD I like to make this recipe with the protein powder added in.  If I decide to have them on a Sunday (my rest day from crossfit) I leave out the protein and add a little extra almond meal.  Either way they're simple and delicious!

EGG SCRAMBLE WITH FRUIT SALAD

Hello and welcome to my blog!  Obviously I'm new at this so I hope I keep you entertained enough to keep coming back. I've decided to start this site to share my paleo recipes and cooking experiments with you. I started eating paleo about 4 months ago with some teammates at my crossfit gym and absolutely loved it. Actually I take that back, it was a struggle at first, but once I started trying new recipes and experimenting with new ingredients it became easier and easier and I began to feel so much better! My training improved, I lost weight and gained energy. So here goes my first post, egg scramble with fruit salad. Nice and simple, but you'll find I'm a lover of a good breakfast and hope you are too!
