The weekend is here! The first weekend of Spring, and it's Easter. I'm sure you have plans and you'll be eating a lot of food, so I kept this weeks workout simple but effective. Each round should be done as a sprint. So if it takes you 2 minutes to run 200m and do the 15 burpees over an object then you'll get 1 minute rest before the next round. Try to do every round as fast (if not faster) than the round before. Have fun!
These workouts are made to be done anywhere with minimal to no equipment, so that no matter where you are this weekend, you can get a workout in!
